Problem Statement
The current system of student projects in undergraduate courses lacks accessibility and student-to-student and student-to-teacher interaction. There is a need to develop a solution that enables continuous access to student projects beyond the display day in the foyer, promotes a culture of open communication and sharing among students, and facilitates regular engagement with teachers and seniors. This should address the challenges of shyness and the limited exchange of information between students, seniors, and teachers.

Process
We used the double-diamond process model.
1. Discover: Once we selected our problem after brainstorming we did our primary and secondary research to get a better insight into the problem.
2. Define: after the research we Analyzed our findings, narrowed down our focus, and established a problem statement.
3. Develop: We discussed all of the potential approaches to the situation.
4. Deliver: Then we choose one solution based on what is possible and appropriate for the user's needs.

Creating a successful platform hinges on putting users first, understanding their needs, preferences, and behaviors. By prioritizing this understanding, we tailor features and functionality to enhance their experience. Continuous refinement through iterative design, fueled by user feedback and data insights, ensures the platform evolves to stay relevant. But it's not just about functionality; fostering engagement is vital. We aim to keep our community active and vibrant by offering interactive features, gamification elements, and personalized recommendations. Our social features, discussion forums, and recommendation systems are all designed with this engagement in mind, driving user interaction and platform growth organically.
